I’m trying to avoid the traditional fruitcake for our wedding cake. What other options are there?
There are so many different wedding cake options. Chocolate, sponge, carrot cake and even cheesecake to name a few. And if you cant choose, why not have a tiered cake with every tier being a different flavour. There may still members of the wedding party advising you that there should be fruitcake, if so have a simple iced fruitcake not on display but can still be cut and available to those who prefer it.
