Over the past 20 years, the name Pnina Tornai has become synonymous with bridalwear. Globally known by her role on TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress”, the bridal and eveningwear designer is recognized and celebrated for her style and modernization when it comes to the latest wedding fashions. And in keeping with the spirit of design innovation, Tornai has launched her first-ever bridesmaid collection in partnership with the online retailer, Azazie.

The new bridesmaid line incorporates the essence of her bridal couture collections, with a focus on premium fabrics like lace, sequins, satin, and Mikado silk. When speaking to the inspiration behind her latest venture, Tornai notes that her hope is to inspire women around the world and help them feel their best during the wedding journey.
“My calling is to inspire and empower women,” shares the designer. “I already do this with my brides and often with their families, but it was important for me to extend that to the special women in my brides’ lives, and to have the opportunity to dress and connect with so many more wonderful women. My brides are my greatest inspiration, and designing bridesmaid dresses is another way for me to support them as well—by creating the perfect bridesmaid dresses to frame my bridal gowns.”

The new launch features a variety of styles including form-fitted gowns, trendy jumpsuits, and flirty mini dresses—with an inclusive size range from US 0 to 30, including custom sizing capabilities available upon request. “Pnina shares Azazie’s brand philosophy around size-inclusivity and empowering women to feel their best, and the collection offers flattering silhouettes for all body types,” says Ranu Coleman, CMO at Azazie. “The styles are fun, flirty, regal, chic, and elevated—they truly represent what the modern woman wants for her bridal aesthetic. And every dress has design details that are signature to Pnina and add a wow factor to each style.”

What makes this collection even more special is that it’s the first celebrity collaboration for Azazie. Prices range from $159- $249, and every purchase is an investment as each piece can easily be worn again long after the big day. “It’s always been a cliché that you’d never want to wear your bridesmaid dress again after the wedding, but why should it be that way? After all, it’s an honor to be chosen as a bridesmaid,” Tornai tells Brides. “My hope is that my Pnina bridesmaids will be able to choose outfits they truly love to wear to their friend’s wedding—outfits they will absolutely wear again!”
