In September 2021, Pronovias Group and Vera Wang, two major forces in bridal fashion, partnered together to launch Vera Wang Bride—offering a variety of fashion-forward and affordable wedding gowns. Now, following the success of their latest venture, the duo has released its first-ever bridesmaid collection, a line of 60 dresses crafted for modern, trendy, and minimalist bridal parties.
I think with so many weddings coming back, it just felt like the right time to create a brand-new line of dresses that I find are extremely sensual.
As a renowned name in the bridalwear space, the idea of creating a new bridesmaid collection was a no-brainer for Wang, especially with the return of larger-scale weddings. “I’ve been in the wedding sector for 35 years, and certainly, we’ve had soirées. But in the actual conjuncture, I think with so many weddings coming back, it just felt like the right time to create a brand-new line of dresses that I find are extremely sensual—or flirtatious, or fun, or fashion—to help the bride celebrate her wedding,” shares the designer.

Coming in a variety of colors and styles, such as vibrant pink mermaid gowns and royal blue jumpsuits, each look was expertly crafted to cater to a diverse group of bridesmaids and be easily mixed and matched—a trend that is luckily here to stay. Even better, each piece can effortlessly be worn again well after the big day.

Pricing starts at $395 and goes up to $595, with an inclusive size range from US 0-28 which Wang found extremely important for this collection. “For me, the inclusivity in the fashion industry is everything,” she shares. “Fashion was once only for the very wealthy and privileged and had such a very limited clientele. Mercifully that is no longer the case, and the democratization of fashion hopefully reflects the democratization of our world.”
